Meet Ruth

For over 20 years, I have served in schools across California, Colorado, Taiwan, Seoul, Beijing, and next up, Amman.

I know exactly what it feels like to be the high-achieving principal who has it all together, while under the surface, being depleted and perilously close to burnout.

​I realized that the burnout I faced wasn't an individual problem. I was trying to grow cultures of care and academic excellence using systems that drain the educators in the building.

Now, I help high-achieving school leaders worried about burnout—in themselves and their teams—to rethink mindsets and redesign systems, so they can cultivate a regenerative school culture.
